Camels Place Fourth at NESCAC Championship Walsh, Troy Qualify for NCAA Championship in Highest Finish for Program

MIDDLETOWN, Conn.--The Connecticut College men´s swimming & diving program secured its highest score and placing in a New England Small College Athletic Conference Championship (NESCAC) at Wesleyan University this weekend. The Camels scored 957 points on their way to a fourth place finish.

Murphy, Fernandes Turn in All-NESCAC Performances at Bowdoin for Camels

BRUNSWICK, Maine.--The Connecticut College women´s swimming & Diving team visited Bowdoin College for the 2009 New England Small College Athletic Conference Championship (NESCAC) this weekend. The Camels scored 816 points in Brunswick en route to a seventh place finish.

Murphy Qualifies for NCAA Championship in 200 Yard Fly

February 28, 2009

SWARTHMORE, Pa.--Two members of the Connecticut College women´s swimming & diving team competed in the Last Chance Invitational at Swarthmore College this weekend. Sophomore Sarah Murphy (Williamsburg, Va.) stamped her ticket for the 2009 NCAA Championship in the 200 yard butterfly with a winning time of 2:04.24.

Junior Kristen Zarba (Beverly, Mass.) provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championship with a time of 2:06.82 in the 200 yard fly.
