Camel Men & Women Earn Sweep of Trinity & Wheaton Murphy Sets School Record in 400 IM

NORTON, Mass.--The Connecticut College swimming and diving teams earned a clean sweep in a tri-meet with Trinity and Wheaton in Norton Saturday afternoon. The men topped Trinity 161-129 and earned a 172-106 win against Wheaton. The women´s team cruised to a 216-72 triumph against Trinity and knocked off the host Lyons in a 188-111 decision.

NEW HAVEN, Conn.--The Connecticut College swimming and diving teams visited Southern Connecticut State University Tuesday afternoon. The men dropped a 143-127 decision to the Owls and the women were defeated by a score of 142.5-130.5.

Fernandes, Murphy Lead Women to Victory in Home Invitational Walsh Sweeps in the Backstroke for Men

NEW LONDON, Conn.--The Connecticut College swimming and diving program hosted the Camel Invitational at Lott Natatorium this weekend.

The Camel women topped the five team field with a score of 786 points. The Coast Guard tallied 593 points en route to its second place finish. Bates College was third overall with a score of 458 points. Wellesley College (315) place fourth and East Stroudsburg University finished fifth with 241 points.
